Shipping policy

Worm Pop Labs ships physical products from Canada to customers in Canada, the United States, and many international destinations. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout for your address. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 CAD or more to every destination we ship to; checkout shows the threshold in your currency.

Processing time

Physical orders usually process within 2–4 business days before carrier pickup. Carrier transit time begins after processing.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Available Canada Post and DHL Express services, shipping rates, and carrier-calculated delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the destination and order. The checkout estimate is the best current estimate, but carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season delays can occur after an order leaves us.

Canada

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more. Below $50, standard shipping is a flat $9 CAD for orders up to 0.5 kg, $12 up to 2 kg, and $22 above 2 kg. Live Canada Post rates and delivery estimates for faster services are also shown at checkout.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more. Below $50, standard shipping is a flat $12 CAD. Faster Canada Post Xpresspost and DHL Express options are also shown at checkout. Final shipping charges, taxes, and duties are shown before payment when applicable.

International destinations

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more. Below $50, standard shipping is a flat $15 CAD to Europe and other international destinations. Faster Xpresspost International and DHL Express options may also be available depending on the destination. Taxes and duties are shown before payment when applicable.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped. The applicable delivery details appear on the product page and in order communications.
